Land Rover Sports Exhaust Systems

Alive Tuning exhaust systems are made entirely from heavy gauge 304 grade stainless steel, using 2 1/2 inch diameter tubing, to maintain peak exhaust gas velocity, and to effectively remove gasses, heat, and noise.

TIG welded stainless steel flange joints, mean fitting is quick and easy. Many months of development work and fanatical attention to detail, has gone into making each of these exhaust systems the very best on the market!

Exhaust Systems do not come with a Decat Section, as some cars may not require them.

Discovery 300Tdi Sports Exhaust System

Sports Exhaust System for the Discovery 300Tdi. Made entirely from 304 Grade Stainless Steel, with Flange joints, and fully TIG welded. We have implemented a flexible joint on the decat downpipe section to reduce stress on the system which can lead to cracking and ultimate failure, as well as reducing noise, vibration, and harshness, making for a much quieter drive.

The Td5 Alive 'Premium' decat downpipe is without doubt, the best standard fit decat money can buy! Like our sports exhaust systems, It's made entirely from 304 Grade Stainless steel, except for a Tig welded mild steel turbo flange, which is more capable of dealing with extreme temperatures at the 'hot' end of the exhaust. This pipe is perfectly formed, with gentle belds, a large flexi to absorb vibration, and a constant 61mm internal diameter throughout, for optimal flow. The perfect modification to any td5 model that has a cat fitted.

Td5 Ceramic Exhaust Manifold

A solution to a long standing problem, That's what our ceramic coated exhaust manifolds are all about!

These manifolds have been specially treated, plasma sprayed in a ceramic thermal coating, which contains the heat from the exhaust, preventing them from warping. The manifold also significantly reduces under bonnet temperatures, promoting better engine power.

The price is for an outright purchase, although there will be a trade in allowance given if you wish to trade in your old Td5 exhaust manifold as an exchange unit. Please contact us for more information.
